About this event
Join us as we celebrate the beauty of blossom with our first blossom procession!
Booking not needed. This event is free, but normal admission charges apply for the venue.
Saturday 27 April 2024, 11am to 12noon
Join us as we process through the blossom, giving thanks to the flowers and the promise of the fruit that will follow. Gwel an bleujinn means ‘view of the flowers’ in Cornish.
Enjoy music by Rosie Fierek, poetry read by Robert Forshaw and dance by Moondance studios among the blossoming trees. Dancing and costumes encouraged!
After the procession, the garden team will be in the orchard to answer all of your blossom questions.
Meet outside reception to start the procession at 11am.
Please wear sturdy shoes and weather appropriate clothing.
There is step free access, but the ground is grassy and uneven underfoot.
No dogs permitted in the orchards and formal gardens.
