One-to-one creative mentoring sessions for adults who are keen to develop their artistic practice with artist and psychologist Dr Ria Poole.

Whether you are new to painting, feeling stuck creatively, or an experienced artist requiring a fresh perspective, a one-to-one creative mentoring session will help support you in developing your artistic practice. Over a relaxed cup of tea at Ria’s studio in Helston, she aims to guide you in the following ways:
– To identify your aspirations and consider strategies to help you achieve them
– To talk through any creative barriers you may have
– To help you to consider the shape and nature of an artistic practice that is fulfilling and sustainable for you

For this brief standalone session we will explore where you are with your artistic practice now, where you want to be and your next steps to take. It is a good idea to bring some examples of your work with you (e.g. sketchbooks and/or images of any past work or work in progress) so that we can look at these together, consider how you feel about your work, the resources you have available, and if there’s anything else that may be useful for you.
