About this event

Painting with oils on board, I take inspiration from the local environment, especially the coastal landscape. Framed and unframed work available.

Painting with oils on board, I take inspiration from the local environment, especially the coastal landscape. I paint Cornish settings as viewed both from ground level and from the air, trying to capture the amazing light that we are so lucky to enjoy in this part of the country. I have both framed and unframed work available.

I will be painting during Open Studios, and my wife Julia will also be on site with her beautiful ceramics.

Accessibility

Details

Level access into the garden and one step up into the kitchen studio. Parking in the close is limited but there is also ample parking on the main road.

Directions

From Helston B3297: turn at Poldark Mine and carry on into Porkellis (1.5 miles). Turn right immediately after the second house on the right as you enter the village (Moorview).
