Peace Education Cornwall are hosting, via Zoom, this 10 week programme. Each week, through video presentations, we will explore topics such as Inner Strength, Peace, Understanding and Hope.

Rather than describing or defining personal peace, this programme empowers individuals to reach their own understanding. Everyone can benefit and it has proven effective in a variety of settings including community centres, youth groups, schools, adult education programs, veterans’ groups, healthcare settings, senior centres, homeless shelters, drug rehabilitation facilities, and correctional facilities.

Each session will last around 45 minutes, including time for reflection/questions, and each student will be provided with a workbook and supporting material.
