About this event

A concert of English and French music from the 16th, 17th and 18th Centuries.

Sarah Small (Viola da Gamba) and Rosie Land (Recorder) perform an afternoon concert of English and French music from the Renaissance and Baroque periods. The programme will include music by Morley, Jenkins, Monteclair and Chédeville.

Both award-winning professional musicians, Sarah and Rosie have been playing ensemble music for over ten years, since they began studying at the Royal College of Music. Together they specialise in Renaissance consort music, bringing out the complementary sounds of recorders and viols.
