About this event
Fran Marks works from her studio in her garden. Her works are inspired by the colours and spaces of the landscape, both in North Cornwall and abroad. She works in bold shapes and colours using references from nature to create abstract and semi-abstract pieces in both oil and acrylic. More recently, she has started experimenting with the use of monoprints, collage, inks and watercolour pencils in her work, and is particularly interested in the effects produced when using copper and iron powders.
A visit to her studio will provide the visitor with an insight into her process and a display of her works for sale.

Directions
From Port Isaac, go up to the main road B3314. Turn left to Delabole. In the village, turn right in front of the Spar shop. No 11 is 1/3 of the way down on the left. Go through the alley at the side of the house to get to the studio at the bottom of the garden.
