About this event
Glenn Wool: The Tiny Kings of Winter
“Effortlessly funny with affability other comedians can only dream of” The Guardian
“Imaginatively funny and original, Wool sets the standards at the Fringe” The Telegraph
In his latest show, Glenn aims his mind’s eye back over the last 4 years of tumultuous change in his life, dredging laughs from memories as he contemplates the sheer speed in which it all shifted into something so different.
Glenn burned his party lifestyle to the ground and from the ashes emerged a phoenix of personal responsibility that includes a wife, two kids and a nice little house in the countryside.
His show “The Tiny Kings of Winter” is an hour of unsettling stories about settling down!
Stand-up comedy from a true master of the art.
Growing up, growing out, and dropping off (kids at school), getting older dumber and wiser in equal measures – they are all subjected to Glenn’s hilarious take on life.
It might be his life, but it’s a life to which we can all relate!
Glenn has been seen on Mock The Week, 8 Out of 10 Cats, The John Bishop Show, The Russell Howard Show, Doug Stanhope’s The Comedians’ Comedian’s Comedians and been heard on Freestyle with Frankie Boyle (who he has supported on tour), WTF with Marc Maron & Richard Herring’s Podcast.
Age guidance : Strictly 16+ : This show will have swearing and adult content.
