The inaugural Grounded Wellness Gathering will see Tregildrans Quarry near Port Isaac open out to some of the UK’s best wellness practitioners on 4th – 6th May 2024.

Nestled amidst the serene beauty of one of the UK’s hidden gems, this event promises to be a sanctuary for the mind, body, and soul. Elevating the essence of wellness, the Grounded team have handpicked 12 esteemed practitioners renowned in their respective fields, offering a diverse array of practices including Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Sound Healing, and Cold Water Therapy.

Through carefully curated programming, up to 150 attendees will embark on a journey of self-exploration and rejuvenation, guided by experts dedicated to facilitating moments of introspection and growth.

Dive deep into the realms of wellness with a plethora of offerings, including transformative power of breath with Gus Hoyt, holistic and heart led Vinyasa Flow with Varsana Hart, soul-nourishing Breath and Ice experience by Regulate the Pace, and the harmonious healing of Restorative Yoga and Reiki with Loulabel. Explore the tranquil depths of Yin Yoga with Kitty Billings and immerse yourself in the ethereal world of Sound Bath Healing with Camille, amongst many more.

Set across 20 acres of picturesque landscape, there are three stunning venues for the sessions – the Grounded Main Stage, The Woodland Pavilion, and The Woodland Tipi – looping around the spring fed lake they provide the perfect backdrop for introspection and growth.

As each day draws to a close, Grounded will be hosting acoustic music and drum circles around the fire, where the community gathers to reflect and share in the magic of the day’s experiences.
