Paintings and collages of landscapes and places, still lifes and flowers.

I make paintings and collages of landscapes and places, still lifes and flowers. Paintings are usually made in acrylics. For my collages I either use papers I find or make painted ones. They can be either simply conceived or detailed. Colour and texture drive the mood of a piece and often the style will be expressionist and semi-abstract. The starting point for a piece often starts from the enjoyment of light and texture which I usually sketch and photograph. My paintings and collages are small to medium sized and under £300.

I will have hand made cards and items under £50 in the browser including small unframed paintings or collages, sketches or drawings.

The Open Studios exhibition will be in part of the house by the garden and my working studio will also be open.

The slope is quite steep and there are steps around the studios.

Directions

Locate the police station and facing it take the road on the right which is Penalverne Place. Come through the second set of gates on the left marked number 6. The house is down the slope on the left.
