Take a trip back in time to 1950s Egypt, where a grand party is being hosted in the riverside Presidential Hotel in Luxor. In attendance are many of the local residents, as well as passengers from a cruise liner that have decided to stay overnight in the hotel. With views of the stunning River Nile, everyone is in high spirits ready to enjoy an evening of wining and dining.

However, one of the Luxor locals is acting very suspicious, and the atmosphere quickly turns to one of intrigue, jealousy and corruption as a rift is drawn between the locals and the visitors. The night slowly begins to unravel, tempers flare and a body is discovered! Piece together the puzzling murder on the Nile and leave no stone unturned as you interrogate the party-goers and discover curious secrets along the way.

The Riverbank Suite will be transformed into a scene from 1950s Egypt, and you are invited to join a dinner party with a difference. Starting at 6:30pm, enjoy a drink on arrival before taking your seat for the main event. A delicious four-course dinner will be served with a side of scandal, mystery and murder.

Performed by the talented Murder by Appointment, each crucial scene in the plot will unfold before your eyes in between courses, and the secrets, relationships and actions of each character will be revealed. It is your job to crack the code, deliberate over the clues and unmask the killer! You’ll be able to quiz the suspects and delve deeper into their potential motives and movements during the evening at this immersive dining experience.

1950s fancy dress is encouraged – think corduroy blazers, button down shirts, tea dresses, peter pan collars and swing coats!
