About this event
Saltash born and bred musicologist Matthew Spring takes up residence at Mary Newman’s Cottage for an afternoon of beautiful music. Hear works from the Elizabethan era played by this internationally renowned lutenist and hurdy-gurdy player.
The cottage, garden and cafe will be open all afternoon to explore life in Elizabethan Cornwall.
This project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Community Renewal Fund. Cornwall Council has been chosen by Government as a Lead Authority for the fund and is responsible for monitoring the progress of projects funded through the UK Community Renewal Fund in Cornwall.
