Featuring music of Rubie, Sukie and DJ Good Doggy

The first SIRENS studio live music event coming to the Fish Factory this November.

Rubie is a songstress and multi-instrumentalist from south London, whose work navigates a trans politics of slipperiness and inbetweenness. Centering their voice, they sing about amplification, introspection and sisterhood – sailing on a soup, learning to captain.

Sukie, uses her experience working minimum-wage summer jobs to write soft pop about the boredom and niceness of everyday life. Her tracks are summery and playful, the lyrics both funny and sad.

Kate Merry (DJ Good Doggy) is a DJ with over two decade’s experience playing venues across the UK and overseas. She has a particular penchant for RnB and dancehall riddims, if you’re not moving at one of her nights you probably need to see a doctor.
