About this event

Make your own unique silver ring.

A two half-day course that covers making your own fused glass cabochon and then creating a beautiful silver ring to set it in.

Suitable for beginners, this friendly, small group, the short course will allow you to get a taste for two different crafts, glasswork and jewellery making, and will give you a gorgeous piece of jewellery to take home with you.

Tuesday afternoon will be spent on making your cabochon, moving on to sizing and making a start on your ring.

Wednesday afternoon will be spent on finishing your cabochon and then creating the setting for it. Finally, you will learn the secrets of setting and finishing your ring.

All materials, tools and equipment are included. Please note that this course is over two half days, 1-5pm on Tuesday 14 December and 1-4pm on Wednesday 15 December.
