If you’re lookin’ for somethin’ to do this Easter, why not give Tai Chi a try? It’s a fab way to get your body movin’ and your mind relaxin’. Plus, it’s dead good for reducing stress and anxiety – perfect for those of us who need a bit of chillin’ out.
The course starts on Easter Monday in beautiful St Ives, and everyone’s welcome – whether you’re a seasoned Tai Chi pro or a complete newbie. And if you’re a bit strapped for cash, no worries – there’s concessions available for low-waged folks.
And if the sun’s shinin’ down on us, we might even take a stroll down to the beach for some seaside Tai Chi – who knows, maybe we’ll even spot a seal or two!
