About this event

Introduction to throwing a pot on the wheel.

Taster session throwing on the potters wheel, tutored by Sarah Sullivan. With a maximum of 3 people in each session, you will have my focused attention. It is a messy but fun experience – so leave your expectations of making a dinner service, at the door. Learn some basic techniques and enjoy yourself. Do wear something you don’t mind getting clay on (though it doesn’t stain if you do). Aprons will be provided.
Price includes all materials, firing, glazing, tea, biscuits, mess and laughter. Expect to make 2 to 4 pieces.
There will be a small extra fee for posting pots if needed.
