About Sea Sanctuary
Founded in 2006, Sea Sanctuary is a Cornish mental health charity harnessing the power of ‘blue health’ – a concept, and firmly held belief, that being around water is one of the most beneficial, non-medicalised ways to improve mental wellbeing. By taking traditional therapy out of the office and onto the water, Sea Sanctuary has supported hundreds of people on their individual journey to improving and maintaining positive mental wellbeing.
The perfect partnership
By combining Ugly Butterfly’s sustainable credentials, breathtaking views, and first-class food, with Sea Sanctuary’s ‘blue health’ ethos and extensive experience in improving mental wellbeing, the Wellness Wake-up is set to be the perfect opportunity to give yourself a wellbeing boost, by starting your week with a clear head and a recharged body.
