At Limekiln Gallery

We welcome you wholeheartedly to the Limekiln Gallery’s Winter Show, which this year brings together a wonderful variety of well-loved favourites and exciting debutantes. One positive outcome we have found during all the strangeness 2020 has provided is that creativity in adversity brings forth strong and distinctive work. From Clare Law’s vibrant paintings to Kevin Tole’s powerful tree series’ and Ley Roberts’ latest etchings we see artists pushing their skills in new directions and coming up with amazing and positive responses. Recent work from Mary Gillett and, for the first time, Karen Nicol’s delicate animal images, add a calm, contemplative atmosphere to the exhibition.

New ceramics, jewellery, and glass have arrived, along with new selections of handmade Christmas decorations and festive goodies all created by the finest local craftspeople … and don’t forget the Calstock Christmas cards!
