Jet-black comedy about a woman fighting to save the planet and adopt a child at the same time.

Halla is a 50-year-old environmental activist who crusades against the local aluminium industry in Iceland. As her actions grow bolder, her life changes in the blink of an eye when she is finally granted permission to adopt a girl from the Ukraine.

This screening is part of The Great Big Green Week, a national celebration of action on climate change. C Fylm is joining in by screening films about the environment, sustainability and the natural world across Cornwall.
