A distinguished memoirist and workshop leader, Cathy discusses her inspirational new book, Write It All Down, a guide to putting your life on a page, and discusses the pleasure and solace – as well as the challenges – of writing the self. She also reflects on branching out into fiction, with the recent publication of her debut novel, Everyone Is Still Alive.
