About this event

We have now opened our doors once again.

Situated on 42 acres nestled amongst the Helford River, the Cornish Seal Sanctuary is home to an array of rescued marine animals who require expert care from our amazing marine team. Come and say hello to our resident animals, enjoy our woodland walks and learn the amazing rescue stories of the wonderful characters that live at the Sanctuary.

The Sanctuary also rehabilitates and releases over 70 rescued seal pups each season, providing life saving care to seal pups that need help. You can meet the rescued casualties of the sea during the pup season here in Cornwall which is September – March. There is so much to see and do, and as a marine charity, the Sanctuary could not do it’s vital work without visitors so come and join us, enjoy our open space and have an inspiring day out.
