About this event

Make your own willow shopping basket using traditional techniques.

Angela from Bojorrow Baskets will teach you to make your own round shopping basket using willow from her own withy beds and also from the Somerset Levels. You will learn the traditional stake and strand technique and learn how to wrap a handle. The course runs over two days, 10am – 4pm. A packed lunch will be required. Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided.
