About this event
Theresa Shaw is a Penzance artist with an instantly recognizable style based on her love of colour, contrast and bold shapes. The big skies and wild landscapes of Cornwall provide endless inspiration for her unique paintings in acrylic gouache.
Quietly obsessed with line and form, Theresa endeavours to create images with a strong sense of rhythm and depth, and throwing colour and contrast into the mix means that each piece makes a distinctive and idiosyncratic statement.
Her work can be found in several galleries around the country and is held in private collections around the world.

Turn onto Morrab Road from Penzance Promenade and Songlines is a few paces along on the right hand side. Ideally situated between the Prom and Morrab Gardens, with Penlee House just a few moments walk further on.
