About this event
“Paul Lewin has painted a defining portrait of the near seas and coastal edges around West Penwith in deepest Cornwall. From Penzance to Zennor, Pendeen Watch to St. Ives, he captures the extraordinary geography of the peninsular, the geological story of fierce molten extrusion and collapse that created this bunched fist of coast and it’s invisible reefs” Paul Gough – Zawn
Situated close to the popular beaches of Porthcurno, Paul’s studio will have a selection of recent finished paintings to view and also some work in progress for visitors to discuss. A sound installation will also be on show in the gallery space.
