Relax, unwind & nurture your mental wealth at the ultimate de-stress retreat in Cornwall. Based at the Penventon Park Hotel & Spa over 4 days, we will be leading workshops in Hatha yoga, breathwork, music & movement therapy, immersive sound bath, night journey guided meditation, journalling & self-reflection, wellness and alternative therapies.
Running from Thursday 2nd to Monday 6th May 2024, we are offering residential passes that include 4* full board en-suite accommodation, all meals and access to the pool & spa facilities OR day passes that include workshops, spa access and lunch on each day.
