Treguddick Distillery X Earthbound Farm Dinner Evening Saturday 13th April from 18:00

We will be teaming up with Earthbound Farm, who will be bringing a taste of spring to the dinner table at our distillery this Saturday!

Earthbound’s aim is to nurture and maintain the ecological abundance of the land that we are custodians of, whilst also benefiting both the health of our community and our environment.

Their aspiration is that the project will become an asset to Cornwall, providing healthy produce, stimulating experiences and an enriching education into the plants they grow and the food they cook.

MENU: Soulful food, respectfully prepared with love and attention. Lively dinner tables, overexcited hosts, and great produce.

OV Sourdough bread, butter, Earthbound pickles

Crispy ham hock, winter apple salad, wholegrain mayo

Roast chicken thigh, celeriac mash, wild garlic sauce
Beetroot cake, yoghurt and honey

We try to source the majority of our ingredients through cornish producers and any vegetables, herbs, greens come from our farm.
