About this event

An evening of shanties and traditional music.

Based in the beautiful Tamar Valley, Barrett’s Privateers share a love of sea-faring songs, shanties and traditional folk music. Helmed by their captain, Gideon Barrett, with his vast knowledge of traditional songs, their mixed voices give harmonious and hugely entertaining performances.

This event is part of Saltash Songs & Shanties Festival. Celebrating music of Cornwall and the Tamar Valley.
