About this event

I am opening my garden studio for the first time. Framed and unframed etchings available for sale.

I have recently come to live in Mousehole, so building my small but beautiful garden studio was a priority.

My etchings reflect my early life working in theatre, my involvement in my husband Andrew’s theatre company ‘Shakespeare at the Tobacco Factory’ in Bristol, where we used to live, and my love of West Penwith.

I have exhibited at the Royal Academy, in the Summer Exhibitions of 1996 and 1998, at Chester’s Watergate Street Gallery and, in Bristol, at the Royal West of England Academy, the Tobacco Factory, the Bristol Guild, and the University’s Theatre Collection.

Details

The footpath and the garden are level - the garden being gravel. My studio has a small step into it.

Directions

On entering the village from the coast road from Newlyn, Commercial Road is a right turn at the Orange Cafe. The entry to my garden is a few yards up on the left, alongside the entrance to the Joel Gallery
