Dance, stretch, work out and laugh in the virtual world with Embrace.

💖VIRTUAL MEMBERSHIP IS NOW LIVE💖

Here’s what to do-

* Click on https://www.embracedancefitness.co.uk/prices
* Click Virtual Membership to set up your payment
* Join Facebook if you’re not already on it!
* Find https://www.facebook.com/groups/embracevirtualworld/?ref=share
* Answer the entry questions
* We will then add you to the Embrace Virtual World Facebook group
* Download the Zoom app
* Every week there will be a timetable with the Zoom class pass codes pinned to the top of the group page.
* You can join each of the scheduled sessions with the pass codes.

All classes will be live for the time being (we feel you get more from us this way)
Classes will be 9.15am and 18.30 Monday to Friday
Saturday 7.30 and 9.00
Timetables will change each week so you all have a great variety.

We will also be running small group tutorials on how to get the best out of using Zoom so that you can fully enjoy our classes.

We strongly advise you to join Facebook as we at present have no other way of managing you all.

We can’t wait to dance, stretch, work out and laugh with you all in the virtual world.
