These have been successfully running for over 20 years and these fabulously foodie weekends are a chance for our chefs, led by Head Chef Christian Jordan, who has been part of the Budock Vean family for almost 30 years, to really show off their skills.
Our chefs plan menus that shine a light on Cornish produce. Working with local suppliers and the finest seasonally available ingredients, they will craft five course meals for Friday and Saturday evening using a variety of cooking styles to produce something that really is quite special. Each course is accompanied by specially selected wines that have been specifically chosen to be enjoyed alongside the flavours of the food and the evening will include some fun, educational and fascinating wine facts.
Price Includes Two nights accommodation. Five-course Gourmet dinner, coffee and selected wines on both nights. Full English breakfast. Unlimited golf, swimming, sauna, outdoor hot tub, tennis and snooker.
