About this event
Heritage in Danger, Heritage Saved. A Masterclass Taster on Innovation, Sustainability and Enterprise in Cultural Heritage Today
This free* live online masterclass explores the real issues that concern public and sector perceptions and practice in cultural heritage. Covid-19 has laid bare and made more urgent the need to radically innovate our attitudes towards preserving and interpreting heritage, as well as towards diverse audiences and communities. Using international case-studies demonstrating how others have adapted to a ‘brave new world’ we will question how values around heritage are changing and what you can do to adapt your practice accordingly. Delivered in two parts, with a break for lunch, Stuart Falconer and Marilla Walker of Truro and Penwith College will be joined by Dr. Tehmina Goskar of the Curatorial Research Centre to lead the masterclass.
Further information including the timetable for the event can be found on our Eventbrite listing https://heritage-in-danger.eventbrite.co.uk
