As a first timer to Open Studios, I am delighted to be a part of the Studio 3 Art Collective at the Mount Pleasant Ecological Park in Porthtowan.
Being an animal portrait artist my work is predominantly commission based so I am excited to share some of my original work alongside examples of my animal portraits. My inspiration comes from my love of animals (horses in particular) and the local landscape. I work in oils, acrylics and charcoal and my style varies from very detailed to more loose and vibrant.
I am looking forward to chatting about my art and there will be opportunity to purchase original work, prints and cards or perhaps discuss commissioning your own piece!
Mount Pleasant Ecological Park has plenty of parking and is home to ‘Canteen’ for fantastic refreshments. Please note there is a set of stairs to negotiate to visit our studio.

Directions
Leave A30 at the Scorrier exit, take the turning to Wheal Rose, heading towards Porthtowan, take the first left after Wheal Rose to Mawla, take the first right and follow lane until you see Mount Pleasant Ecological Park on your right.
