About this event
Julie works in her garden studio surrounded by her flower garden and vegetable plots.
Her passion is painting the Cornish landscape and still-life subjects, capturing the nuances of colour and textures and the ever changing Cornish light.
Julie is also an inspired portrait painter.
Julie also likes to have fun making quirky papier-mâché brooches and wall hangings from recycled materials.
The studio is in a pretty corner of Julie’s Penryn garden which you will be welcome to take a wander around.
There will be finished work for sale as well as work in progress to view and sketchbooks to browse.
Julie will be sketching and painting in the garden during Open Studios.

Walk up the drive and a few steps to the studio. The studio is sadly not accessible for people with mobility difficulties There is no parking available
Directions
From Falmouth: Head along the Falmouth road towards Penryn past Lidl first left onto Eastwood road continue past Bailey's farm shop to the end of the road continue around the corner and up the hill, Julie's studio is just up on the right hand side
