About this event
Join us from 10am for a complimentary tea or coffee and learn about the benefits of journaling with a short intro talk from Hannah, founder of Journal For Joy.
Alongside a small friendly group you’ll complete a series of feel-good guided journaling prompts with a mix of writing, drawing and mindfulness activities – all on the theme of the springtime season.
This workshop is perfect for those that are looking to reconnect with nature and meet some lovely, like-minded people over a delicious lunch and harbour views.
Inspired by the start of spring, connect to nature and feel more happiness through the simple-but-powerful act of journaling!
For those that want to share their journal entries there will be the opportunity to discuss and spread the joy and moments of connection with each other.
Following your journaling workshop, you’ll tuck into a hearty, artisan sandwich in The Working Boat pub overlooking the harbour. Tickets are £35 each and include a hot drink and sandwich. Book your tickets direct with Hannah here.
Please note, if weather allows this workshop will take place in the beautiful Greenbank gardens. In the event of rain we’ll be heading inside the pub. All you’ll need to bring is your favourite journal and some pens or pencils (don’t worry if you forget, we’re sure to have some spares).
