Mindfulness Yoga classes
Online Mindfulness yoga Classes every Monday & Tuesday at 6.30 pm for 60min.
This yoga class is gentle and grounding.
It’s based on mindfulness and embodiment principles. My teaching method draws on the best of many different styles and practices.
I’ll encourage you to pay attention to your breathing. That will help you become aware of the subtle sensations, emotions and feelings within your body.
Open to everyone, from beginner to experienced. You’re welcome to join this class either to learn the basics or to progress your practice.
Your first class is free. £6 after the first class.
