Immerse yourself in our various wellness classes tailored to restore your mind, body and spirit. Led by experienced and passionate hosts, join us for an experience that promises to leave you feeling refreshed, revitalised, and supported on your wellness journey.

11:00am – Welcome to “We’re Not Really Strangers”
11:30am – Mindfulness with Jon Goddard
12:30pm – Lunch (bring a packed lunch or choose to head over to the Croust Hut cafe on site)
1:00pm – Guided Journaling with Helen Kelynack
1:30pm – Breathwork & Guided Relaxation with Helen Kelynack

At this event, you have the opportunity to experience Mindfulness with Jon, emphasising the importance of nurturing healthy relationships with others (and yourself!) and addressing feelings of burnout. Following lunch, engage in self-care activities through a guided journaling, breathwork, and relaxation session led by the talented Helen Kelynack, Clinical Hypnotherapist. Helen will demonstrate how to utilise your breath to connect with your nervous system, aiding in stress and anxiety management.
Tea, coffee, and sweet treats will be provided throughout the day.
