Perched on the edge of one of the world’s largest natural harbours with sweeping panoramic vistas, our two AA rosette Water’s Edge restaurant is one of the best restaurants in Falmouth.
Their set lunch menu, savours traditional coastal cuisine and celebrates the very best of what Cornwall has to offer with a unique Greenbank twist. Then they add the finishing touch with their divine desserts.
