Yoga, Pilates, Hiking, Great Food... the perfect Summer Day out!

The twin team at Rose & Glow: Helen, and Lucy-Ann, will be your hosts for this One Day Wellness Experience in Cornwall. The twins are passionate about welcoming their middle years. They embrace health, fitness, movement training in Pilates and Yoga and hiking in the beautiful outdoors. Whilst enjoying a healthy lifestyle, and nutritious food, they both thrive on sharing special adventures with friends. The twins also love Cornwall! So much so, they decided to offer their Signature One Day Wellness Experience in Cornwall, for other like-minded women to come together, enjoy the best of the Cornish coastline, and live a unique, happy, and energising day!
