This evening we will be joined by Thom Axon, Marine Coordinator for Film & TV and production stills photographer.
We will be talking about all things sailing and finding out just how films bring a voyage at sea to life and much more!
Thom has worked on a wide range of Film and TV including Game of Thrones, Tim Burton’s ‘Dumbo’, Netflix’s Frontier, Outlander and many more!
He was also marine coordinator and still photographer on BAFTA winning Cornish feature film Bait.
About Thom
Thom Axon has sailed on old ships for nearly fifteen years.
Many of these vessels have been used in film and tv.
Eventually, he became more involved in the marine coordination aspect of filming.
