Sculptor Weekend at Rame Innovation Hub

Create your very own, unique depiction of a Mother & Child.

Sat 21st & 28th Nov 2020

Hosted by local sculptor and model maker Graham Keeble, the workshops are held in a beautiful and inspirational historic barn in Antony. Covid compliant, offering large and open space to reassuringly craft and create with confidence, a calm and inspiring place that offers escapism and balance.

Conducted over two Saturdays from 10.am – 3.00pm, the first workshop will involve a meet and greet and a discussion about the ‘sculptor that exists within us all’.

With no preconceived ideas, Graham will encourage, nurture and help unleash artistic freedom where the sculpting begins. Using a unique compound called ‘Form Dura’ a type of paper clay that sets rock hard, you will model your own vision of a Mother & Child.

Once complete over the first workshop, it is then left to carefully harden.

The second workshop is detailing and finishing off your art work where special techniques are used to create bronzed, verdigris, aged worn and other amazing patinas.

This unique and special sculpture is then yours to take home and cherish or gift for Christmas.
