About this event
I make both domestic table ware and sculptural pieces in earthenware ceramics. They are hightly painted in relation to their form and all are one off pieces made in series on changing themes.
Pendeen is on the renowned and very beautiful coastal route from Landsend to St Ives. Very near to my studio and within walking distance is the spectacular Portheras Cove, Geevor Mine Museum, Pendeen Lighthouse and lots of lovely coastal and moorland walks. Down the road there is delicious coffee and food available at Maria Chica’s Cafe and home made pasties at Geevor Mine.
Accessibility
Details
Passengers can be dropped off outside the studio and the car driven to the turning place at the top of the terrace and then parked back down on the main road. My studio is down a short but narrow pathway and although awkward, with some manoeuvering it could be accessed by wheel chair.
