About this event
Give yourself a ‘blue health’ boost with Sea Sanctuary’s new range of wellness activities, support groups, and educational courses designed to improve mental health and emotional wellbeing. Each activity is delivered on board The ARC, our recently transformed 180ft Dutch barge and the home of our new floating wellbeing centre.
In this relaxed and friendly workshop, we’ll follow structured writing prompts which identify our strengths, banish any limiting thoughts, and begin to form habits for positive self-reflection.
Sessions are run by Emily, a professional writer and Blue Health coach at Strength in Feathers CIC. Open to everyone, regardless of writing ‘ability’, these workshops are about taking time for yourself and sharing with the group as and when you feel you’d like to.
