About this event
In this relaxed and friendly workshop we’ll follow structured writing prompts which identify our strengths, banish any limiting thoughts, and begin to form habits for positive self-reflection.
Sessions are run by Emily, a professional writer and Blue Health coach at Strength in Feathers CIC. Open to everyone, regardless of writing ‘ability’, these workshops are about taking time for yourself and sharing with the group as and when you feel you’d like to.
