About this event

An exhibition of Redruth's wonderful stories inspired by peoples treasured objects.

The Writers’ Block project Stories of Stuff is shining a light on the wealth of stories, memories and experiences tightly bound up in the objects we have in our houses. Launched on St Piran’s Day in Redruth, our story detectives have been interviewing, listening, marvelling and then taking away the stories to write them up.

Join us on 11 August to explore The Cabinet of Stories, a showcase of objects, photographs and stories, hear The Story Republic Perform and share your own stories.

Details

'Kresen Kernow is fully wheelchair and pushchair accessible, with lifts to all levels and automatic main entrance doors. Accessible toilets are available on both floors (left hand sided on the ground floor, right hand sided on the first floor), with a fully-equipped Changing Places toilet also available on the ground floor. (The bench in the Changing Places toilet is 600mm wide.) Separate baby changing facilities are also available on the ground floor.' Please see the Kresen Kernow website for more information.
