Immerse yourself in nature’s tranquillity, a unique men’s retreat combining outdoor activities with a cosy fireside lunch, perfect for nature lovers and led by Paul Cox from Survive and Revive.

Experience the Outdoors at Our Men’s Retreat. Join us at Part Primrose Farm, where you can immerse yourself in nature within the stone circle. Engage in the ancient art of whittling and woodwork by the crackling fire, creating intricate designs and crafting unique pieces to take home. Delight in a rustic lunch cooked over an open flame, while sharing stories and building bonds. In the afternoon, participate in a mindfulness session to centre your thoughts and emotions, enhancing self-awareness and mental well-being. Discuss strategies for managing stress, nurturing resilience, and fostering meaningful connections with others to delve into the significance of men’s mental health.
Enjoy hot beverages made over the open fire.
Vegetarian Lunch provided and cooked by the group over lunchtime. Please contact us if you have vegan requirements.
Sweet treats will be provided throughout the day.
